During one of my dream journeys, Sedona, Arizona, was a place that was revealed to me in a dream. I didn’t know anything about the location or even where it was, but I felt a strong calling to visit. Following Ayahuasca’s advice to travel, I decided to pay this beautiful location a visit and see what gifts it had to offer me.

The first person who came to mind to take this trip with me was Charlie. Because she is also on her own spiritual journey, I felt it was right to bring her along. Neither one of us planned anything before we got there; we only knew where we were staying.

Once we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the red rocks and the majestic mountains. Sedona is known for its energy vortexes, which are said to bring spiritual enlightenment and healing to those attuned to their energies. So Charlie and I set out to explore these places. Without much knowledge, we randomly picked a tour with Blue Bear Tours. What we didn’t know then was that booking this tour would change our lives. Robert, our tour guide, was a magical, knowledgeable, and very tapped-in individual who possessed extremely psychic and intuitive gifts. He doesn’t know this, but he will forever be the catalyst for my journey as a psychic medium.

Robert started off our tour at Airport Mesa, a location that he described as having a high masculine energy. However, before we reached our destination, I began to have an extreme headache and began to feel nauseous. To balance my energy, Robert handed me a snowflake obsidian, which is meant to help with protection. This stone was the only way I was able to navigate through the vortex. At Airport Mesa, Robert intuitively picked up that I was a bit different, that the way I handled energies was part of my gifts. From that moment on, Robert began testing my abilities.

He became intrigued about Charlie and my capabilities and instead of a typical tour, Robert decided to take us to locations that he felt would help us. Along the way, I told Robert all about my journey to Sedona, my journey with plant medicine, my dreams with those who had passed, my visions, and so forth. Although he was a stranger, he was one of the first people with whom I felt completely safe sharing my story because I sensed he completely understood.

Robert spoke to me about the meaning of my dreams and helped me further understand some of the visions I had been having. He shared his own experiences living near the vortexes while also working through understanding his own abilities and gifts. Robert was a source of information for us. He made what didn’t make sense, make sense.

Towards the end of our tour, Robert decided to take us to a private and closed location. Only those with special privileges had access to this place. The place was so guarded that we had to pass through guards who knew him as soon as he approached and allowed us through. Robert took us to a place high in the mountains that overlooked the most amazing scenic view. It was the first time in Sedona that I could feel the crisp mountain air just kiss my cheeks. The location felt very familiar to me, as though I had already been there.

Robert walked me to a particular point of the mountain that faced another larger mountain in front of me. He asked me to close my eyes, to feel the energy under my feet, and take in the air. In that moment, I felt as though the entire world had fallen silent and I had been transported to another time. From afar, I heard Robert instruct me to open my eyes. What I saw next was something that not even words could ever capture. On the mountain across from us, I could see thousands of Native American men, women, and children perched up on the mountain looking down at me. All of them standing in silence, staring straight at me. Before I could speak, they all disappeared. Robert asked me what I had seen, and I described the vision. He smiled and asked me if I had ever considered being a Shaman. He told me that I have the abilities to connect to spirits. He said, “Only those with mediumship abilities ever witness the vision of the ancestors on this mountain.” He admitted to taking me to the location as a test. It was in this moment that my life changed forever.
