Disclaimer: Story of Sexual Assault
Psilocybin has a long history of use in indigenous cultures for spiritual and ceremonial purposes. Many individuals have reported profound mystical experiences, feelings of awe, and a sense of unity with the universe during psilocybin trips. These experiences can have profound and lasting effects on their worldview and sense of meaning in life.
Personally, I was curious to explore how psilocybin would complement my journey after experiencing both Ayahuasca and Kambo. What unfolded in my trips opened me up to a world I hadn’t anticipated encountering. In my first trip, I ingested a small dosage of mushrooms and set my intentions for a spiritual experience that would provide me with more clarity regarding my purpose, gifts, and insights on my path.
I vividly recall entering a lucid dream-like state at the onset of the trip. Suddenly, faces of people began morphing rapidly before me, as if I were navigating through the lives of different individuals. During this journey, I realized that I was traversing through realms of past, present, and future lives. I was then presented with a holographic book, each page unfolding a story of a life. Access to this book was granted to me by a towering angelic eye, which telepathically conveyed that the lives depicted were unfolding simultaneously across various realms.
Prior to my car accident, I had already glimpsed some of these lives in my dreams. Many of those dreams had transported me between worlds, offering insights into what was to come. This particular trip felt akin to those past dreams but provided even deeper imagery and understanding of the lives I was witnessing.
The following was my vision written in my journal (As is):
“There was a moment that the eye stopped looking around and looked directly at me and the pages of the book stopped and allowed me to see life play out. The page was about a young black child on a ship full of slaves. I was then transported into this child, and I could feel her fear and confusion about all that was occurring. I was being pushed into hot, sweaty bodies of other men and women who were being dragged to the top of the ship. I could feel and hear the cries of everyone around me. I remember someone grabbing my arm and pushing me into a dark room, I could see the face and shape of the person stripping my clothes off. My mind and body were transported into another place while the body I was in was assaulted and violated by several different men.
When I was transported back, I remember feeling the child’s weak and lifeless body. The body also being my own, could feel one of the men lift me from the ground and carry me up to the top of the ship, where I was thrown overboard. I could feel the cold waters and panic strike my body as this child fought for their life. In those moments, I could feel life leave the child’s body and I was then thrown back into my own body as the mushroom was beginning to wear off.”
As the effects of the mushroom began to wane, I distinctly heard the voice of my spirit guide. They revealed that this particular life had instilled in me the fear of drowning, offering insights into how past lives influence present fears and even experiences. Following this profound journey, I recognized the transformative potential of this medicine in exploring past lives. However, I also acknowledged the importance of respecting its power and took several weeks to integrate the experience before embarking on the next journey.
